Geeksonlinestore provides managed IT services exclusively to small and medium-sized businesses, including: Managed IT Services, Cybersecurity, Cloud Solutions, Infrastructure & Networking, Backup & Disaster Recovery, Compliance, IT Consulting & Strategy, and Operations & Maintenance.

3. Eligibility

• You represent a legally registered business entity
• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have legal authority to enter binding agreements for your organization
• Your use does not violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Payment Terms

• Fees are set forth in individual Service Agreements or proposals
• Invoices are due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee on outstanding balances
• Services may be suspended for accounts 60+ days past due
• All fees exclude applicable taxes, which are the Client's responsibility

5. Acceptable Use

When using our website, you agree not to: violate applicable laws; transmit malicious code; attempt unauthorized access to our systems; engage in conduct that restricts others' use; or reproduce our content without prior written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on geeksonlinestore.online — text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Geeksonlinestore and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our website for business evaluation purposes only.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, and where applicable, the Province of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved by good-faith negotiation, then by binding arbitration in Dallas, Texas or Brampton, Ontario.
